If Kyabio were Socrates....

Hello!

Hi. Kyabio!
 I'm thinking about something.

What?

Look at that.
Let us suppose that the person over there falls down suddenly.

If you help him/her, do you think it is the right thing?

Yes, of course!

Even if the person had killed many people the day before, you think the act of helping is good?

That thought pull me up a bit....

Even if the person was a shoplifter, you would help him/her?

Umm...

But, I wonder if he/she had some sorts of reasons that he/she had to do so...

When he /she did shoplifting,  he/she would be almost die and felt very very hungry....

Hmm....
I don't know for now.
If Socrates were asked the same question, what would he do in such a case?

Anyway, if you think about such a thing, you wouldn't be able to do anything.
I will follow my intuition because I'm ignorant!

Whose word is it?

I have been learning quotes these days.
I'm going to read something for you, Kyabi.
Let's get started with Francis Bacon.
"Knowledge is power."
"Reading maketh a full man, conference a ready man, and writing a exact man."
"They are ill discovers that think there is no land , when they can see nothing but sea."
"By far the best proof is experience."

Next, Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
"Take the course opposite to the custom and you will almost always do well."
"The person who has lived the most is not the one who has lived the longest,
but the one with the richest experiences."

I also have to say.
"You play with the cards you're dealt ... Whatever that meant.

Whose word is it?

Snoopy!

Ryohkan's Zen word.

Spring has come and the beautiful cherry blossoms bloom.

Chiru-Sakura   Nokoru-Sakura-mo   Chiru-Sakura

"Falling (petals of) cherry blossoms.
Remaining cherry blossoms are going to fall after all."

It is said that Royhkan read this Zen words.
It means.....
What is life?
We shall all die some day.
We shall all die because we are alive.
We shall all die because we were born.
It's just like a 2 sides of a coin.

There are various days in life.
For example, one day you feel happy.

Not only that, sometimes feeling down...

feeling depressed...

and another day something sad happened..

At such times, breathing deeply...

After taking a break, speaking aloud...
Yoo-hoo!!!

Come out from there , my happy heart!

Yoo-hoo!

Although the world is full of suffering, it is full of the overcoming of it.
Peace begins with a smile.

Free your mind!

What do you want with me?

You're here  because you know something.
What you know you can't explain, but you feel it.
You've felt it your enter life, that there's something wrong with the world.
You don't know what it is , but it's there, like a splinter in your mind , driving you mad.
It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
Do you know what I'm talking about?

The Matrix?

!
How did you know?

I have seen the movie before and knew the lines.
Are you a fun of the movie?

Yes.
I wanted to say that, just like that.

Is that it?

Do you want to hear the next line?

and...
Free your mind!

Now is the only time.

Here is where Tsuu said.
It is certainly mysterious place like a picture by Dali.
And it reminds me a quote.

"I have realized that the past and the future are real illusions, that they exist in the present , which is what there is and all there is. (by Alan Watts)

A woman ate the Sun.

There's never one sunrise the same or one sunset the same.
So I want to eat it.

It looks like a fruits like a strawberry.
taking a small bite....

nibbling...

taking another bite...

almost nothing...

The sun is in my stomach.

FYI: There's never one sunrise the same or one sunset the same.

landing on!
What do you think if I will be selected to go to the Olympics 3 years later?

I think there are many possibilities.
Mahatma Gandhi also said that " Man often becomes what he believes himself to be."
Go for it.

Ame ni mo Makezu 2

eating just a bit  of brown rice
miso and some vegetables a day

counting yourself last and always put others first
watching , listening and understanding well
and never forgotten those things

In the shadows of the pine groves in the fields
living under a little thatched roof

In the East, if there is a sick child
go there and take care of him
In the East, if there is a exhausted mother
go there and shouldering the sheaf of rice

In the South, if there is a person near to death
go there and tell him "Don't be afraid"
In the North, there is a quarrel and a lawsuit
go there and tell them "Stop it because it's worthless"

In a drought, shedding tears
In a cold summer, being in a tizzy
being called a "good-for-nothing"
not being praised
not being blamed
Such a person
I want to be

FYI: Ame ni mo Makezu (a famous poem written by Kenji Miyazawa)
