How to practice Zazen

Zazen is a meditation practice at the heart of Zen Buddhism.
Today I tried to do that in here, Astoltia.

When I feel sleepy or have a bad posture, the man next to me will correct my posture by a wooden pole.

There are 3basics in Zazen.
Setting of your breath.
Setting of your sitting posture.
setting of your mind.

If you do that, you will be certain to have a good feeling!
