I think that this caused by very very cold "Mahyad-Kakigoori".
Although I ate it in order to reduce damage from monsters, but I am suffered from it actually.
FYI: There are some food which people in Astoltia sometimes eat it before battle to reduce damage.
One of those is "Mahyado-Kakigoori"which is a shaved ice.
